I tried pulling a fifth wheel with a 2500. Plenty of horsepower and stopping power. Not enough truck. I went to the DRW 3500, and never looked back. No price on security and stability in a crosswind.
Some places, like McDonald's and the bank require that you to get out and go in the business, but that's not too much of a price to pay in my opinion.
