"Today I looked at a 26' 2010 Dutchmen Rainer." Pass this one. It's going to be nothing but problems for you. Just pass on it and move on.
"here is a 2004 31' Dutchmen classic" We had a 2004 18 foot Dutchmen Sport (see my profile ... link on the left). It was a good camper, not a hint of problem with it. We had it for about 3 years. It was just too small, had no oven, and had a corner bed we did not like after we purchased it and actually used it. The front couch was very uncomfortable too. After about 3 years, we traded for a bigger camper. But sometimes I still miss that little "Sport". It WAS a well made camper. No slides. Nothing ever needed fixed ... nothing.
