V10... thats the way to go. Change the oil on time.. replace the plugs and coil boots every 50k miles as preventive maintenance..
fuel it up and go. They are not perfect but they are very good.
Heard a saying once... when your diesel breaks down...it will likely be a v10 tow truck to take you to the dealer
