Why is Florida in the same zone as some of the northern extremes of Canada?
Maybe I'm insane, but I'd do floor plans on latitudes, not regions. Southern floorplans would be designed around ducted A/C units, inbuilt generators, vented compartments for portable ones, larger refrigerators for more cold drinks, ice makers, etc.
Areas north of Dallas, floorplans would still have A/C units, but would be focused on keeping warm, with the ability to heat the rig (and the enclosed underside) with both the propane furnace and an electric heater (even if it is a factory installed Cheap Heat system.)
North/south floorplans make more sense than east/west, IMHO.
