On a more serious note, it seems like emissions are the bane of all diesels these days. Some people draw short straws and some have no issues. What does your idle time look like? High idle time and stop & go commutes really don't help with EGR flow rates. Ambulance and paramedics are the industries most hit with EGR issues because of the extreme idling and city duty-cycle of driving. That's why with my personal truck, I try to commute at times with the most free-flowing traffic and only use my trucks for longer trips. Wife's rig picks up the around town short trips since her vehicle is a gasser.
