egr cooler issue 2012 f350

Update
Went to pick truck up as I was informed it was done. Asked to speak to tech regarding the paperwork and got the diesel shop foreman. Good. He was a good guy.
Asked about the cooler blockage and if it should occur again . Told him I know that the oil cooler itself caused EGR cooler problems and he told me not so on 6.7.
Ok.
Asked about the short drives and he said it probably caused some blockage . Asked about regens and the way I like to drive a bit after I get the prompt " cleaning exhaust filter".
Mentioned the monitors that tell when regen is complete and he said truck tells that already?
Told him I see prompt that cleaning has begun but never saw that cleaning is complete. He said it does but is fast. So is the cleaning prompt!,,
Not sure about that one.
Asked about additive. He said he summer pm22 will help but don't bother with the winter stuff as our diesel here adjusts for that. He said the diesel requires a number rating of 50 plus and our CDN diesel is 48.
Asked about remaing warranty and if I should consider delete down the road and I know this is a opinion question.
Not while warranty he said and not after. Did not discuss much on that.
Told him I appreciated his time and thanked him.
Hope truck response is as positive as mine.
