I'm about 8,500 miles left on my 5yr/100k mile warranty and I don't plan deleting even after warranty since my truck runs like a top.
Using the trip meter reset is what I already do but the 10 minutes suggested depends on how it is being driven. If highway then the 10 minutes seems ok. I watch the time and the fuel changes too.
Going for a good burn tomorrow to check things out. Taking toyhauler next week so it will get a workout.
