Elec. hook up?
I got tired of no hook ups when we go camping, so I made my owen to take with :)

Reminds me of a story... I had reserved an electric site at the Wichita Mtns WildLife Refuge in Medicine Park, OKLA one trip but when I got there they were all taken. Being I was already setup for camping off the power grid it wasn't a big deal to me anyway so I just setup in a good spot mixed in with the tent campers
So here I sit with my POPUP with all my outside lights on, extension cords running to the picnic table, fan running on us sitting around the bonfire, HDTV antenna up, doing all the things we normally do at a regular electric site.
When it finally got dark I am fully lit up outside and as I look around the neighborhood all I see is battery lights and candles moving around inside the tents and maybe a couple of gas lights on.
Off to bed we all go... The next morning I was up poking the fire to take the chill off and finally one of the tent camper guys walks over and says "I just gotta ask - how do you do all of this... There is no electric here in this side of the camp ground at all..." Jokingly I say MAGIC BEANS... Then of course he gets the grand tour of my battery banks and inverters etc...
Your POWER PEDESTAL would have been great to have sitting there with my shore power cable plugged into it and water connection made... haha...
