US standard for heaters is 1500W max and I think most of them will go to 1200W on low setting, if available.
Handy heater is one of few, if no the only with 350 W of power. That is why I loved them.
I could plug them into any outlet without worry about breaker pop, or too much spot heat.
Even put it under lifted matres when it got too much window condensation and low output made it pretty safe.
The heater-mounted thermostat always suck, but if you have wall outlet in your bathroom - you can use it there and that sure will make your day on cold days.
