I do know, when they are cold (like in the winter), they become very stiff and hard to push back in. Normally, in the Summer months, it's flexible and can be pushed back pretty easy.
I did remove the panel inside the camper (mine is directly under the refrigerator), to take a look and see what was going on. When the camper was brand new, it was difficult to push back in. Strange, the entire area under the refrigerator is a separate compartment with nothing in it except the umbilical cord. Nothing was blocking the cord, but after I put the panel back on, I never had a problem again (except in winter). Psychological???? Could be.
As stated above, take the inside panel off and see if something is blocking the flow of the cord. Does it pull OUT of the hold OK, or do you also have problems pulling it out too?
