I use an electric tea kettle in our home and was wondering if anyone uses one in their camper. Didn't know if it would be to much of an overload on the electrical system. Thank you Susan
I use an Oster SST kettle, 1500 Watts 120v. Most newer small appliances are rated at 1500 watts or less so they work on a 15 amp circuit.
I agree with the size issue, so we use a small Keurig B31 for both very hot water drinks. Just need to rinse out the K-cup holder inside after each use(I'm a tea drinker and don't want the coffee oils in my tea.)
It also allows a variety of hot drinks from Tea to cider.
