electric tongue jack

The tongue jack on my 31' TT has started making grinding noises. To me, it sounds like a lack of lubrication. The trouble with lubing the jack is that I can't find a way to do it.
Can anyone tell me how to get to the gears and what would be the proper lube?
I had another trailer with a similar jack and it never made any noise. I'm perplexed.

Thank you for the replies. I just could not believe that those tiny, deep recesses actually had screws up in them. Now, if I can just get a Phillips screwdriver with a shaft that is long enough to reach them I should be on my way to solving the problem.
    Thanx again.

I think the Barker screws are hex heads.
