electric tongue jack

Question

The tongue jack on my 31' TT has started making grinding noises. To me, it sounds like a lack of lubrication. The trouble with lubing the jack is that I can't find a way to do it.
Can anyone tell me how to get to the gears and what would be the proper lube?
I had another trailer with a similar jack and it never made any noise. I'm perplexed.

Welcome to the Forum..What manufacturer?..Barker, Atwood...?Can't you remove the head?

Barker requires the head to be removed to lube the gears.

Thank you for the replies. I just could not believe that those tiny,deep recesses actually had screws up in them. Now, if I can just get a Phillips screwdriver with a shaft that is long enough to reach them I should be on my way to solving the problem.
