Electric Tongue Jack
Wanting to replace my manual tongue jack with electric. Trailer loaded is 4750lbs with tongue weight of 530lbs. So should I size the new jack for just tongue weight?

The one thing that bugs me is how loud the electric jack is, so running it in a quiet camp ground pretty much lets everyone know you have arrived or are leaving.. ;)

Basic tongue jacks are rated for 2,000 lbs. and that's more than you need! So pick the brand you prefer and you'll be good to go.
In a manual tongue jack, sure, and one can even buy a 1000 lb rated version. However, the OP wants an electric tongue jack and since I've never seen any electric tongue jack rated at less than 2500 lbs can you provide a link to a 2000 lb version? Also as noted, one in most cases is not lifting just the trailer tongue but also the rear of the TV in order to more easily mount WD spring bars so a higher rated tongue jack is never a bad thing.
