All which outlets are working? There should be a load center inside the RV with circuit breakers. The circuit breakers look like regular household breakers, but the load center will look different from a house panel. Many of the 110V outlets inside the RV should be on one or two circuit breakers. The converter, microwave, and air-conditioner(s) should each have a dedicated circuit breaker. Verify that the circuit breaker in the load center labeled converter is not tripped.
If you had a short, the circuit breaker for that line would trip and turn it off. If you reset it and it trips again and/or it trips the main circuit breaker, you might have a short. Otherwise, if the converter outlet has no power, there is an open somewhere. An open can be a tripped breaker, tripped GFCI, a broken wire, or a disconnected wire.
