That pic is a NEW camper?
Can't be...too much wear/tear...paint is worn of fasteners/jack bracket, caulking is decayed...
I also see some buckling in the floor/underlayment (pic #2). There is a leak somewhere near that hole.
That does look like heavier gauge wire...can't be the jack wire...looks like some kind of mod.
If this is a NEW camper...you need to contact Mfr sooner rather than later...there are some problems here.
