Enclosure for a Northern Lite 8-11 EX and truck?

Hi, I am trying to figure out what the overall height of a Northern Lite 8-11 EX would be when loaded on a Ford 350 or comperable. I am trying to figure out how to keep the whole rig covered outside....

My height is around 11 foot 4 inches but I don't have a air conditioner. That is when it is on the truck.You can buy a cover from Amazon for under 200 dollars.If I was going to build a building I would go at least 13 foot opening just in case you buy a bigger camper some day.
