I am thinking of getting an ezpass. Any issues with truck camper overhang. Did you mount yours near the top of windshield as per the instructions or near the botton for less interference from overhang...

Actually, for the NYS Thruway a truck camper and EZ Pass presents some issues. Since it is removable we are a LOW vehicle and the toll is about half of that for a HIGH vehicle. It is hard enough to get the right ticket from he attendant even if you confirm it if they are not paying attention. I keep the EZ Pass in the bag as I would have to contest every trip to remove a high charge and replace it with a low.
