Hi we have the 2011 camplite 5.7 and it meets all of our needs for camping. We have had it for 2years now and have had no problems with the heat or cold. A small heater with windows cracked keeps us warm and dry. The AC blows us out. There is no wood and things are attached by welds and self tapping screws. It is not high end fancy but it works and I could wash it out with a hose. It does weigh more than the 900lb sticker we come in around 1100lbs. I have added the comfort things and get no complaints from the DW. She likes our little camper. We always get complements from others when we are camping. It also didn't break the bank. Its also carried on a 2004 Tacoma. Bill
