F150 and a Camplite 6.8

Well guys I have an 02 chevy Silverado reg. cab and a northern lite camper (1450)lb dry weight, upgraded springs, shocks, and brakes been on a few 2000 and 3000 mile trips, plan on a cross country next summer, truck handles great pulling mountains, high winds, and snow. I wish I had the money to throw at a 3/4 ton truck but I don't so I made do by the upgrades. My weight is 1940kgs on the rear axle, no water though in the camper, I figure if I dump the jack stands I should have no problem putting the water in and being able to carry it. He should have no problem with that camper if he just does the springs or air bags, I didn't like the brakeing that's why I did the brakes now it stops on a dime love it, truck only has 60,000 miles though so I figure another year with it anyway
