Ben,

We're going to give the dealer one last shot-we strongly feel it should be covered under warranty. Per their signs they are ASE certified specialists.

Sun Micro built a huge campus in Burlington, the next town over. Unfortunately it was right before one of the high tech crashes so they only occupy a part of it. I'm sure there are other ASE Mechanics here and that will be our next step.
