I was reading on some other forums about a guy that broke out the parts book to try and identify the differences in the package. Apparently the axle is the same, but the 7-Lug wheel assembly, rims, E-range tires and springs are different.
Not worth to change all of that out, but I am curious if the 8200 package really is just better rims, tires and a different type of leaf spring.
