I was reading on some other forums about a guy that broke out the parts book to try and identify the differences in the package. Apparently the axle is the same, but the 7-Lug wheel assembly, rims, E-range tires and springs are different.
Not worth to change all of that out, but I am curious if the 8200 package really is just better rims, tires and a different type of leaf spring.
Front coils and all shocks are stiffer too. And in some body configs you get the heavier frame. (But all SCrews with 6.5' bed have it already)
