Like any truck, HWY MPG will greatly depend on how fast you drive.
Ecoboost is no exception. If my wife was driving our old 2012 w/ 3.73 she was lucky to break out of the 15's because she drives 79-80. 75 it was 17's. 70 it was 19's. Worse in the winter, better in the summer. Our 2011 with 3.31 was about 1mpg better at those speeds.
Drive like the EPA test, ie. slow and easy, and there is no problem achieving EPA numbers... unless you have a problem.
