F150 Ecoboost Reliability
A friend is looking at a 2013 F150 Ecoboost and I'm wondering how these are doing reliability wise. What was the first year for the Ecoboost?

Every 6 months or so, I look on AutoTrader to find some of the high mileage Ecoboosts. There are always a dozen or so with over 150k miles. Twice I've seen them with over 200k. One guy on one of the forums is over 300k.
