No idear what a 1995 whatever camper weighs, but had a 2012 F250, same specs as the one you posted and a 2015.
Set my Arctic Fox 860 on the truck once to move it in the driveway (company truck not camper hauler truck), about 4000lbs.
Dropped the suspension straight onto the bump stops.
3000lb is generous IMO for those trucks. Nothing wrong with them, tough as nails, just have a soft spring pack, comparatively, IMO. Airbags, add a leafs, timbrens, etc will be needed to haul about any full size camper.
