Yellow sticker lists info for tires and cargo carrying capacity.
The CCC (payload) listed IS the payload for that specific vehicle based on trim level and model (factory options etc)
Anything/everything added weight wise to truck AFTER leaving factory must be subtracted from that payload number
Payload is based on GVWR therefore it is a neat number to know BUT is not really important when it comes to towing.
Stay below/at Axle weight ratings, tire max load ratings and the GCVWR.
Then you will find that GVWR & Payload are for warranty/registration issues.
