4x4ord, what does your sticker say? Your truck seems similar to the one I'm considering. This is a srw long bed Lariat.
Fords F350 SRW has over a dozen different GVWR numbers ranging from 10000 lb up to 11500 lbs and three different rawr from 6340/6780/7230 lbs.
Generally these new 350 srw trucks can weigh in the 3400 lbs on the rear axle leaving around 3800 lbs for a payload (using the 7230 rawr package). It would be less with the 6340 rawr and the 17" tire package. Point is the yellow payload sticker depend on which gvwr package the truck has.
The numbers on the yellow sticker is based on a gvwr number.
Just to show how silly this method is lets look at the F350 srw.
We can buy a F350 SRW with a 11500 gvwr or a 10000 gvwr in the same exact truck.... such as a crew cab 172" wheelbase 4x4 6.7 diesel. Ford puts a 2240 lb payload sticker on the 10k truck and a 3740 lb sticker on the 11500 same exact truck..
