In all the years I have been living right next door to Manitoba and years driving and years on the forums this is the very first time I have ever heard this. I would need to see some firsthand evidence before I believed that. Unless you are running with commercial placards or decals they don't care about you. Unless you are obviously displaying risky or unsafe behaviour.
