I will remind you again that new members come on the "Tow Vehicles" forum every day expecting safe, reasonable, non-technical advice on RV tow vehicles. If they want to talk construction equipment or Class A motorhomes, that is a different forum.
The OP of this thread specifically asked if the GVWR and payload numbers on the door stickers he is purchasing to pull his RV were enforced by the law. We were explaining to him that they are not enforced and giving examples of what is enforced by the law. No one is telling anyone to pull any kind of construction equipment other than using these weights in analogies and examples to give him and others a better idea of what is enforced.
