Bear in mind load/inflation tables are for highway speeds...you're doing 10 mph tops on the beach. When I towed the TT on the beach I would air down to 15psi on both truck and trailer.
This year was the first trip with the newly-rebuilt Lance, and I ran 20 psi on the beach with no issues. I have not been to the scale yet but best guess based on what I know has me about 11,500 in this pic.
You don't risk popping the tire off of the bead until you get below 10 psi, then you should really have beadlockers. The sand in the pic isn't bad, I've gotten through much deeper with the trailer at 12 psi and had no issues.
