Their not bad. I think they are a bit overpriced but my unit came with one.
They did get bought out recently. Not sure if the was LCI or Dometic but it seems like there is a mass compounding of smaller companies in the RV world being bought up by larger companies. HappiJack and Fantastic fan come to mind. Lippert components is sucking up everything, and in my personal opinion, Lippert is about profit and not about quality. Cannot remember if Lippert bought Fantastic but the did buy HappiJac.
The fan motors are Chinese, says right on them. Not always all bad but I've had failures. Fantastic replaces them no questions but I'd prefer to see something more long lasting in as much as removal of the motor is a PITA.
