Hi - I am hoping to spend 1-2 weeks in the Phoenix area in late Feb. I'd like to stay at a resort facility to just relax and enjoy activities/amenities and possibly scout out a future snowbird lifest...

We did stay in "Covered Wagon RV" last June.
Good price, clean campground. Small swimming pool, but clean showers.
Neighborhood is so-so what makes it a wonder with Bishop Cathedral and Catholic School in the block.
The biggest wonder in Phoenix is all the restaurants closing at 8PM.
The city just dies at night.
That might be due 120F heats in June, so I hope you will get better winter experience.
For snow-birding you want to go to Tucson.
