Fiat and Cummins in court

I filled up the tank this evening, and decided to test the theory that liquid/fuel that makes it past the first flapper, but is trapped by the second, will dump out. Well, that's exactly how it worked on my 2500.

Perrysburg Dodgeboy.. Not sure why yours doesn't work that way. Either 1500's are different or its messed up, or something, but mine worked exactly as Shinerbock and others have indicated. It dumped right on the ground.
