Fiat and Cummins in court

OK the dealer is calling Ram because he does not think any fuel trapped in between the first and second flap should leak to the ground. He feels my truck is operating correctly in not allowing fuel to leak out (or anything for that matter). When he hears back and then notifies me I'll let you all know.

Also why do diesels need the capless system? The EPA only requires them on gas vehicles not diesel right? Think EVAC code and fuel cap here.
