Fiat Chrysler RAM recall

I wonder if the gov't will let Ram off the hook like they did Ford back in the '70's?

The "fix" was to put a decal that said to use the parking brake or some such nonsense because they were afraid of causing Ford to go bankrupt over it.

In as much as motor vehicles are all complex machines... Poop happens.

So the issue is parents are letting their kids play in the truck, and when the little buggers hang off the shift lever in hot weather, they could end up in gear or neutral?

Not so much a jab, "as not ANOTHER recall"., felt the same way when I seen it .We Ram owners seem to be at the top on the amount of recalls.
