Fiat to buy full control of Chrysler

Not too impressed once you know the real reason! "Fiat also needs Chrysler's cash to help revive its lineup in Europe and other overseas markets."

BTW... GM recently purchased the remaining stocks from the U.S. Government for a song, so they can shed the "Government Motors" description that has plagued them.

I'm not a brand guy, but I am a guy that wants a successful economy and thriving businesses employing my friends & neighbors. I am just as happy when GM or Ford posts good news.

Fiat already had full control of Chrysler with a > 50% share. They just today agreed to buy the rest of the outstanding shares that the UAW retiree group owned. And, yes they've come a long way back....
