Heck, if you get the 7" center monitor in the dash pod, you get all the gauges you'd typically buy minus the pyrometer. You can have Boost, Exhaust brake HP, Engine Coolant Temp, Engine oil temp, trans temp, engine oil psi. All at your fingertips. And you can add a few more gauges/readouts in the corners of your screen and on the left side of the screen as well. I love it.
Granted this is a 1500, so you won't see boost and exhaust brake but it shows the gist of what you can do with RAM's new gauge pod (please pardon the music, this is someone else's youtube post): RAM Gauge Pod walk through
Exactly...and with the 3500 you see turbo boost, trailer brake setting and voltage applied, the two different EB settings.
Don't need no stinking gages, I got two radiators....temp. hardly moved when I towed up that mountain on I26...never heard the fan kick on....As stated above, you have gages and you can show in center of dash 6 different readings...more info than one would ever need, and no, there is go Exhaust temp gage, but that's the only one missing and with everything else and the way HP and TQ are managed, along with cooling system, I'm really not in the least bit concerned about exhaust temps.
