I am personally not a believer in the two separate truck company philosophy for purposes of totaling number of vehicles sold. I bought GMC's through the 2000's because I thought they looked better, and Chevy from 08 on to 12. The check still went to the same GM. It is the same truck for purposes of market share. If separating them for sales count purposes makes YOU feel better about Rams position than by all means do what makes you feel good. However when Chevy sells 300K and GMC 75K, GM still sold 375K trucks.

Always begs the question would GMC buyers switch to chev ?
GM seems think cancelling GMC would cost sales ,they don't add them together so neither should we.
