membership number not working

We just signed up for membership though Camping world.  They gave us a temporary card with a Member Number.

The Good Sam website does not recognize the number on my temporary card and there is no support number to call.   

I did log on to register and apparently only managed to attain a 'visitor' status with a confirmation number.

Can anyone help?    Thank you so much,
