I'm glad you got good service from Willobrook becasue that certainly wasn't my experience. My 3500 dually had a shuttle shift problem from 1st to 2nd gear. On 3 separate occasions they were unable to diagnose it. And, when they did the 144000 service, they failed to notify me that there was no adjustment left on the 2nd gear band. I found that out 6 months later when I had the truck at another service facility and was informed that I needed a rebuilt tranny. Lucky for me it was covered under an extended warranty. Sent 2 letters to Willobrook Motors and haven't received a reply to either one. I was told that in some dealerships its the wash rack guy who does the fluid replacement when the tranny is serviced. I am wondering if I got ANY transmission service at all. But I MUST have because it was on the bill!!!
