How about:
78 gallons fresh water tank
40 gallon grey
40 gallon black
60 Lbs. LP capacity
25K furnace
all in a trailer less 25' bumper to hitch...
2" thick walls, 5" thick roof, 4-seasons, heavy duty off-road suspension with shock absorbers, heated, insulated tanks, custom heavy duty off-road trailer frame, etc.
This is my all-time favorite smaller off-grid camper:

Now it's just outside your budget, and would require a big road trip to get one, but I can point you to several folks in the Northeast that have done just that.
If you don't want to travel, Minnie Winnie still is at the top of my list for you, but these ORV trailers are the better mousetrap in my opinion. Before anyone asks, they will honor warranty work through most any local reputable dealer with prior easy approval.:B
