I just got an exchange tank from a local market and it leaked when hooked up - tried it on the camper and on my grill. Something wrong with the oring inside the valve or something. I took it back and they happily exchanged it again and now no issues
After a fill at Tractor Supply it appears they inadvertently stole the o-ring from my tank. (Is that possible?) So my tank now leaks at the big green screw. Anyone know where to buy a new seal / O-ring? How do you R/R that?
