I think many folk who have never driven an eco boost assume they are a hi strung high rpm motor like a turbo from a sports car.
I like to think of it a a gas powered diesel. Plenty of low end and no need to rev it out. That being said i didnt buy one because i like to keep stuff forever and wanted the lowest potential for ownerahip cost. Plus a V8 just plain sound sweeter when you use it.
