OP why don't you do some reading from the links below and make up your own mind? BTW, Ford made a ton of changes to the 2015 up engine. It costs a lot of money for manufactures to make changes. That tells you a lot right there.

This is just a small sample. Just Google 6.7 powerstroke problems and see what "common" problems pop up. This is why I recommend a 15+ if you want a Ford diesel. Or the great old 7.3. That was a very good engine. The 6.2 gas engine he has is also a great engine.
