Ford 6.4 diesel question

Good morning to the Ford diesel guys and gals on the forum. I have an '08 6.4 and have a lower radiator hose leaking at the lower part of the block. Has anyone ever replaced/repaired one. Looks like it uses a spring clamp connection and possibly an "O" ring seal. Mine is leaking and needs to be repaired. I do not want to take this into the Ford dealer because it looks like it could be about a $300.00 fix. Any help would be appreciated.
