I have a 2010 F350 and like it. I bought is used 20 months ago and it had 25,000 miles on it. It now has 74,000 miles and runs like a top. It goes through lots of diesel but is a pulling truck. I get 9.0 mpg towing and about 14-15 in town. It needs to be driven on the highway regularly. It is not a good city truck. It goes into Exhaust Cleaning Mode about every 500 miles and has to be driven about 15 highway miles to get through the cleaning process. If you shut the truck off, you have to start the cleaning process again. It will run poorly until it gets through the process. I would steer clear of the 2008 model, the bugs were not worked out yet.
