Ford 6.4 diesel?

I am looking to buy a Ford F350 diesel. The new ones are to expensive! I found a F350 Lariat diesel with 5,400 miles on it. It has the 6.4 diesel. Any input on this engine. Does a 2010 with 5,400 miles sound strange. Any input would be great! Thank you

    You should be able to find history on the truck. It is not even broken in. It would probably be a good buy. 'change the oil and go. Should be a good truck.

    Good motor but known as a fuel hog.
    Yes sounds strange, but my 07 only has 29K on the ODO.
