Ford 7.3 gas burner mpg hauling TC
What kind of mpg could you expect from Ford's new gas burner 7.3 hauling a Northstar Laredo? I have seen where they got 5.6 hauling a heavy loaded trailer.

My Kenworth was over dere at another place so I had the opportunity to tow an 40ft 3 axle toyhauler with the old Dodge 5.9 6 spd diesel 200 miles against a fresh 25-35mph breeze 20 degrees off the starboard bow all the way home.
A tousand Farenheit degrees on the pyro a few times cruising 60-65mph.
That outta de-carbon the rings.
And no, it did not do 23 mpg highway. About 10 to the US gallon.
Anyways the same truck has done 10 carrying the slide in camper with a 3500lb 16ft enclosed behind in a head wind like that...
Who knew knocking a hole in the air takes so much power (fuel)?...
I need 3 more overdrive gears that's what I need :D
