Then it started having erratic idle problems. I googled it and found the ICP sensor was most likely the cause. It went to the dealer twice, never got fixed. Finally I recorded what it was doing with my phone when it had the issue then pressed the tech to look into it again after showing them the vid. Finally they came back and said sure enough I was right, the plugged in and took it for a drive and the ICP started acting up at random. Took 4 hours for them to replace it, which in my case I had an extended warranty. The truck runs awesome now and better than it did.
Maybe I read it wrong but OP has a 7.3, not a 6.0. Two different creatures :W Glad your 4 hour repair job worked ! for the next four hours away....
