FORD DULLY QUESTION????

According to the Kelly Blue Book a 2000 F-350 diesel, 4 door, 6 ft bed in just average condition with just the basic options has a trade in value of $12K to $15K.
Dealer selling price according to KBB for a similar basic model but would currently have an average total miles of 168,000 and would be in need of repairs such as tune up, paint needs touch up and is faded, minor rust, minor dings and scratches, minor engine leaks, interior showing wear, 50% tire tread. Dealer price would be $15K to $18K. A truck with 1/2 that miles, more options, and better condition the price would jump considerably.

Lol, the average 2010 F150 with those miles is worth more than 8!

I would find a new banker if they have not seen those prices on very low mileage vehicles only 8 years old.

Price on that truck is about right. Some of it will depend on the area you're in. I sold my 2000 F350 CCLB Diesel 4x4 with some mods for $17,500 and I knocked off $1200 because it needed some work after an inspection. Mine had 176K miles.

Weakest thing on that rig is the tranny but money can fix that. Mine was still original. GVWR will be 11,200, GCWR is 20K, Payload is around 3200lbs. My replacement is in my sig and it's 2x the truck that 2000 ever was.

Thanks.....yeah long list of stuff, but I enjoy modding stuff and bringing out the real potential of vehicles.

With some mods it is not even the same truck. Even the trans shifts way better and lasts longer when at 150-160 F instead of 210-220 up the mountains with a tune and 6.0 cooler.
